夢網科技(002123.SZ)2021年度淨利潤預降55.52%-65.40%
格隆匯2月3日丨夢網科技(002123.SZ)公佈，預計2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3500萬元-4500萬元，同比下降55.52%-65.40%；扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損2225萬元-3225萬元，上年同期為盈利4356.04萬元。
業績變動原因如下：(1)公司持續加大5G富媒體消息、國際雲通信、華為服務號等新產品研發及市場推廣投入，目前相關產品已經基本定型，正在進行規模化市場推廣和拓展階段。5G富媒體消息業務量增長到去年同期的300%，毛利在扣除一定量的試用成本後增長到去年同期的200%；國際雲通信業務收入增長到去年同期的500%，毛利增長到去年同期的3200%。上述新產品持續開發和大規模市場推廣和拓展，導致研發費用和銷售費用均有所增加。
(2)公司為大力推廣5G富媒體消息業務，培育客户消費習慣，增強客户消費粘性，快速搶佔市場，於2021年下半年針對部份大客户採用免費試用的推廣方式，新產品試商用導致一定營業成本的增加。
(3)公司2021年4季度公司銷售業績快速增長，4季度營業收入同比增長30%以上，因此2021年末相應應收賬款餘額同比增加4億元以上，導致公司2021年信用減值損失計提金額較2020年大幅增加。
(4)因公司2019年出售遼寧榮信興業電力技術有限公司的資產及股權轉讓款採用分期收款的方式，截至2021年末資產及股權轉讓款未到轉讓協議約定收款期的餘額賬齡增加，導致本期增加信用減值損失計提1370萬元。
(5)公司結合各公司過往三年實際經營及未來經營預測情況，預計2021年對深圳市尚鼎企業形象策劃有限公司和深圳市夢網視訊有限公司兩家子公司計提商譽減值1000萬左右，深圳市夢網科技發展有限公司未出現減值跡象，具體金額以評估公司最終出具的商譽減值測試報吿數據為準。
(6)2020年期間，公司處置了大部分金融資產增加了投資收益約5780萬元，而2021年處置金融資產投資收益僅152萬元，導致公司2021年持有的交易性金融資產確認的公允價值變動損益及處置金融資產確認的投資收益僅748萬元，較2020年確認收益2782萬元大幅減少。
