港股異動 | 香港本地地產股走強 戴德梁行料今年一線商鋪及餐飲業租金有2%至5%漲幅
格隆匯2月4日丨香港本地地產股走強,九龍倉集團漲逾5%,九龍倉置業漲3.65%,太古地產漲逾3%。戴德梁行表示,縱使新冠病毒變異株Omicron肆虐全球,通關亦存在不確定性,香港零售消費市場仍受本地消費支持,去年前十一個月銷售額同比升幅錄得8.3%至3196億港。戴德梁行預計,今年的租賃成交亦將繼續以餐飲業和運動及優閒服裝行業為主,帶領零售市場復甦。因應疫情緩和,香港有望逐步開關,預料至今年尾,整體一線商鋪租金和餐飲業租金有2%至5%的漲幅,中環區租金的漲幅更有望達5%至8%。
