協鑫集成(002506.SZ)2021年度預虧14.70億至22.81億元
格隆匯2月4日丨協鑫集成(002506.SZ)公佈，預計2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損14.70億元至22.81億元，上年同期為虧損26.38億元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損12.80億元至21.36億元，，上年同期為虧損24.48億元。
報吿期內，公司業績虧損的主要原因如下：(1)2021年光伏全行業上游硅料供應緊張，導致公司主要原材料硅片及電池片價格持續高位運營，疊加EVA、背板、玻璃、邊框、硅膠等輔料價格不同程度上漲，公司組件生產成本快速攀升，組件終端銷售價格漲幅不及原材料價格漲幅，組件毛利率大幅下降。公司主動進行策略性調整，優選高毛利訂單，放棄低價訂單，影響組件銷量。此外，受新冠疫情影響，海外訂單運費價格連續上漲，物流成本進一步侵蝕利潤影響行業出貨量。因組件價格上漲影響，疊加逆變器、支架等價格上漲，光伏行業EPC項目建設開工及併網進程有較大幅度延緩，影響公司EPC業務中標及開工併網規模。上述綜合原因導致公司全年營業收入及利潤下降。
(2)公司順應行業大尺寸發展趨勢，對不具備技改升級條件的電池及組件產能按照會計政策進行資產減值。
(3)報吿期內，公司出售部分電站股權，產生處置虧損。
雙碳目標下，光伏行業已進入蓬勃發展期，市場需求旺盛，且光伏產業鏈各環節價格正逐步趨於合理區間，預計將對組件環節產生一定積極影響。公司合肥大尺寸組件基地1號廠房已於2021年12月正式達產，2號廠房組件設備已陸續進廠，預計將於2022年一季度末投產，3號廠房計劃於2022年三季度投產。疊加公司原有生產基地產線技改升級，預計2022年底公司將擁有大尺寸組件產能超20GW，公司組件產品結構得到進一步優化。目前公司組件訂單充足，並持續推出可浸泡高可靠海面漂浮組件、BIPV建築一體化光伏產品、BAPV、輕質組件、光熱PVT組件等，將在2022年按計劃陸續推出上市，搶佔高效差異化組件市場。公司將進一步加強管理，持續降本增效，提升公司經營效益。
