中國支付通(08325.HK)擬折讓近兩成悉售東方支付(08613.HK)持股 兩股今早復牌
中國支付通(08325.HK)公布,於昨日(3日),公司全資附屬的美雅集團訂立配售協議,計劃以每股0.078元配售其持有的全部東方支付(08613.HK)股份共3.25億股,較股份上交易日收市價每股0.097元折讓約19.59%。
假設所有股份獲配售,美雅於東方支付持有的股權將由32.5%減至0%,集團將不再擁有東方支付任何股權,預期集團將就出售獲收益約1,482萬元。而所得款項淨額為約2,420萬元,其中約1,700萬元用作償還集團部分現有債務;及餘下720萬元用作集團的一般營運資金。
中國支付通(08325.HK)及東方支付(08613.HK)股份已於今早(4日)復牌。
