山東黃金(600547.SH)2021年度預虧1.9億到2.85億元
格隆匯2月3日丨山東黃金(600547.SH)公佈，公司2021年度利潤總額有望實現盈利，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤預計在-1.90億元到-2.85億元之間，與上年同期(追溯調整後)相比減少22.36億元到23.31億元，同比減少109%到114%。
扣除非經常性損益事項後，公司2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤預計在-5.10億元到-6.50億元之間，與上年同期(追溯調整後)相比減少28.66億元到30.06億元，同比減少121%到128%。
公司所屬山東省內礦山自2021年2月初開展安全檢查，導致產能受到較大影響，公司利潤因此下滑。
面對上述情形，公司強化戰略規劃引領，成立重點工作專班，全力推進復工達產，全面加強精益管理，加快推進資源整合，從嚴抓好安全環保，高效推動改革創新，收效明顯。公司所屬礦山自2021年下半年起，黃金產量逐步提升，11-12月份合計黃金產量超過公司2020年同期黃金產量。因受2021年上半年減產幅度的影響，公司2021年全年黃金產量同比下降約35%。
公司於2021年8月起實現當月盈利，第三季度實現利潤總額2.93億元，實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.09億元，2021年1-3季度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤-12.54億元(數據來源於公司披露的《2021年第三季度報吿》，未考慮上述同一控制下企業合併追溯調整的影響)。第四季度公司各項生產經營形勢呈現出持續向上向好的態勢，成效顯著。雖然第四季度單季度盈利較大提升，公司2021年利潤總額有望實現盈利，但因受2021年上半年虧損幅度的影響，公司2021年全年歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤預計仍將出現虧損。
經追溯調整後，公司上期非經常性損失金額為3.10億元，主要是因為同一控制下企業合併產生的子公司2020年度淨損失2.11億元。本期非經常性收益金額約3.20億元，主要是因為公司轉讓濟南市舜華路2000號舜泰廣場3號樓以及全資子公司山金金控資本管理有限公司轉讓上海盛鉅資產經營管理有限公司100%股權產生的非流動資產處置收益5.10億元，同一控制下企業合併產生的子公司期初至合併日的當期淨損失1.27億元。
