華陽國際(002949.SZ)2021年度淨利潤預降31%-48%
格隆匯2月3日丨華陽國際(002949.SZ)公佈,預計2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤9000萬元–12000萬元,同比下降31%-48%;扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤6000萬元–9000萬元,同比下降44%-63%。業績變動原因如下:
1、因個別客户資金週轉困難,公司收到的商業票據出現逾期情形,公司一直在積極協商尋求解決方案,已暫停上述客户的相關業務,但根據目前實際情況,公司管理層對上述客户的應收款項的可回收性進行了分析評估,認為其減值跡象較為明顯,擬對持有的各類應收款項(包括應收票據、應收賬款、合同資產)單獨計提壞賬準備,導致公司利潤下降。
2、2021年度,公司非經常性損益預計約3000萬元,去年同期為1200.66萬元,較上年同期增長150%,主要由於2020年公司工商註冊地址變更,退回部分政府補助,導致上年同期基數較低,本期非經常性損益同比大幅增長。
