金逸影視(002905.SZ)2021年度預虧2.8億-3.6億元
格隆匯2月3日丨金逸影視(002905.SZ)公佈，預計2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損2.8億元-3.6億元，上年同期為虧損50595.73萬元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損2.98億元-3.83億元，上年同期為虧損53060.06萬元。
業績變動的主要原因是：
1.隨着國內疫情防控形勢不斷向好，電影市場逐步復甦，但整體市場仍受供片特別是受到海外疫情影響的進口影片供片影響，2021年上半年，3月、4月、6月內地票房大盤均未超30億創下近5年票房新低；三季度，電影行業持續受疫情反覆，最多時全國近三分之一影院處於暫停營業狀態，導致暑期檔重點影片紛紛撤檔，特別是備受矚目的《長津湖》撤出暑期檔，致使暑期大盤持續低迷，2021年三季度票房最終僅報收66.49億(不含服務費)，同比2019年三季度票房下跌57.30%，為近8年來最低；四季度國產影片冷熱不均，上映的進口分賬片明顯少於疫情前未能形成票房的有效補充，雖然有史上最強國產片《長津湖》(57.72億)以及《我和我的父輩》(14.76億)等重點影片，但上述兩部影片已佔四季度整體票房近60%，四季度票房僅報收111.81億元(不含服務費)，同比2019年四季度票房下跌24.68%。(數據來源：貓眼專業版)
2.影院是疫情常態化防控的重點場所，2021年受廣東、江蘇、河南、甘肅、內蒙古、黑龍江、陝西等地疫情反覆影響，公司廣東省、河南省、江蘇省、湖南省、湖北省、河北省、陝西省、遼寧省等地最高時有40家自營影城(佔全部直營影院的21.51%)處於暫停營業狀態，截至12月31日公司尚有3家影城處於暫停營業狀態，直接影響了公司的經營收入，公司2021年直營影城實現票房103993.14萬元，同比2019年度下降34.90%。
3.預吿期內，公司根據財政部發布的《企業會計準則第21號-租賃》(財會【2018】35號)執行新租賃準則後，期間費用增加，進而對當期利潤產生一定影響。
4.預吿期內，公司部分影城設備及相關資產，根據《企業會計準則第8號-資產減值》的相關規定進行系統性減值測試，涉及的資產存在減值跡象，綜合客觀因素和未來業務發展判斷，公司擬對部分資產計提減值準備，最終減值準備計提的金額將嚴格依據減值測試情況確定。
