數字王國(00547.HK)：預計2021年除税前虧損約7.7億港元-8.2億港元
格隆匯1月31日丨數字王國(00547.HK)公佈，於截至2021年12月31日止財政年度，集團致力開拓歐洲市場，而董事會已於本財政年度結束後對集團的業務營運進行戰略性檢討。儘管集團的視覺特效製作服務及後期製作服務分部的業績持續改善，但360度數碼捕捉技術及虛擬實境服務業務分部卻未能維持本財政年度下半年錄得收入增長。
董事會決定，集團應有策略地將資源集中於視覺特效及虛擬人的核心實力，以及為集團相關產品開拓市場，並制定適當的計劃去處理於3 Glasses集團(透過Lead Turbo Limited持有)及數字王國空間的投資，原因是新型冠狀病毒變異對消費者行為的影響(包括社交距離規定)帶來不確定性，使該等公司的業務能否復甦存在不確定因素。於2021年6月30日，集團應占360度數碼捕捉技術應用現金產生單位(83.1%的商譽及無形資產，合計約為2.363億港元。此外，公司於3 Glasses集團的45.124%投資及於數字王國空間的34.42%投資於同日的賬面值分別約為1.999億港元及2190萬港元。因此，改變策略可能因相關資產及／或投資減值而導致虧損增加最多約400,000,000港元至4.60億港元，但並不會反映於相應現金流出。集團就360度現金產生單位擁有的技術將繼續用於增強本集團的視覺特效及虛擬人分部的實力。
此外，儘管集團已致力磋商及追收款項，但部分出售3 Glasses集團的全部或部分應收代價6800萬港元可能會出現減值，當中3400萬港元款項原應於2021年7月結付。
根據董事會對集團的未經審核綜合管理賬目及公司管理層目前可得的其他資料進行的初步評估，倘上述所有款項悉數減值，則截至2021年12月31日止年度的估計除税前虧損可能介乎約7.7億港元至8.2億港元(2020年：約6.01億港元)。
