《新股消息》Trinity Acquisition申請SPAC形式上市 李寧持股33%
聯交所資料顯示,李寧(02331.HK)董事長李寧持股33%的Trinity Acquisition Holdings申請以特殊目的收購公司(SPAC)方式於聯交所上市,聯席保薦人為摩根大通及瑞信。
公司發起人為李寧、李寧擔任非執行主席的萊恩資本之普通合夥集團公司LionRock,以及私募股權公司Astrapto,三方分別持有Trinity Acquisition已發行的所有B類股份33%、42%及25%。
初步招股資料披露,該公司計劃建立及投資在中國具有巨大增長潛力的全球性消費領域生活方式公司及品 牌,在上市後或併購消費領域生活方式品牌或有志向中國擴張並進一步加快中國市場增長的具有成熟業務的公司。
