MS CONCEPT LIMITED(08447.HK)發盈警,預期截至2021年12月31年止九個月綜合溢利將按年減少不少於30%,主要由於去年同期確認多項政府資助;及業主所授予的租金寬免。
公司表示,期內本港社區確診病例減少,政府曾放寬社交距離措施,整體消費情緒正有所改善,惠顧集團旗下餐廳的顧客人數增加,令營業額按年增加不少於30%,預期錄得除稅前溢利不多於600萬元,而撇除上述一次性及非經常性項目後,去年同期則錄得除稅前虧損。
