華寶(00336.HK)未動用近9億元配股淨集資額擬重新分配至償還銀行貸款
華寶(00336.HK)公布,有關上月披露計劃以先舊後新方式配售約1.22億股淨集資約21.6億元,目前已動用約12.74億元,佔所得款項淨額約59%,而未動用的約8.86億元擬更改用途重新分配至償還銀行貸款。
公司指出,考慮到美國聯儲局相當可能會在2022年3月結束其債券購買及預計在2022年將加息三次,加上集團之近期發展,公司認為在現金資源管理方面應採取更審慎之方針,通過提前償還其部分銀行借貸以維持集團之財政穩定。
