年內,受益於中國COVID-19疫情控制情況良好,外貿形勢較好,市場對集裝箱的需求急速增加,公司的船舶租賃業務穩中有升,各業務板塊齊頭並進;及完成收購一間附屬業務合併,以及附屬中遠海運租賃完成股權轉讓及引進戰略投資者,對非經常性損益總影響約18億人民幣。
