雄韜股份(002733.SZ)2021年度預虧4億-4.7億元
格隆匯1月29日丨雄韜股份(002733.SZ)公佈，預計2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損4億元-4.7億元，上年同期為盈利7626.41萬元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損4.5億元-4.95億元，上年同期為盈利98.58萬元。業績變動原因如下：
1、公司相關的氫能產業鏈的控股及參股公司等都在建設氫燃料電池電堆、發動機系統及核心零部件研發項目和產業化項目，投入的研發費用巨大。本期氫能營業收入比去年下降，主要系國家對氫能新的政策在三季度才出台，在將近一年的政策空白期內，市場大多選擇了觀望。公司投入較多的資源去不斷嘗試氫能可能的商業模式，現階段仍在探索中。氫能產業是公司最核心的發展戰略，仍需持續加大戰略性投入；
2、本期公司湖北生產基地的供應商發生較大的訴訟糾紛，已被列為失信執行人，且被執行金額較大，公司對預付該供應商的材料款全額計提減值準備；
3、公司投資參股的佛山星網訊雲網絡有限公司，機櫃出租率持續不足，現金流不足，本期按權益法核算確認了超額虧損，以及對母公司長期應收參股公司的款項計提減值準備；公司參股的廣東國能聯盛新能源汽車有限公司，持續虧損，且涉及股權相關的訴訟未結案，公司擬對其計提長期股權投資減值準備；且部分參股公司如江山寶源國際融資租賃有限公司行業政策發生變化，本期公司確認了相關投資損失，對與其相關的預付股權轉讓款計提減值準備；
4、公司境外子公司香港雄韜以前年度未向母公司分紅，本期考慮到公司的經營戰略，以及母公司有較多的可抵扣虧損，擬讓境外子公司香港雄韜向母公司分紅，本次分紅母公司無需繳納企業所得税，但因境內外税收政策差異，根據企業會計準則的要求，本期對香港雄韜剩餘留存的未分配利潤，計提遞延所得税負債；
5、報吿期內，在鋰電池產能供不應求的大背景下，鋰電池產品原材料價格大幅上漲，極大地增加了生產成本，公司始終堅持以客户為導向、為客户服務的宗旨，公司承擔了大部分的材料上漲的成本，導致毛利率較大幅度的下滑，影響當期的利潤；
6、報吿期內，公司海外越南工廠的訂單充足，但是受越南當地新冠疫情的影響，當地政府基於防疫的需要，嚴格控制工廠上班總的人數，開工率嚴重不足導致越南工廠的銷售額和利潤出現較大幅度的下降。
