正邦科技(002157.SZ)2021年度預虧182億-197億元
格隆匯1月29日丨正邦科技(002157.SZ)公佈，預計2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損182億元-197億元，上年同期為盈利57.44億元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損173億元-188億元，上年同期為盈利59.95億元。業績變動原因如下：
1、報吿期內，公司銷售生豬1492.67萬頭，同比增長56.14%。由於國內生豬市場價格下滑，公司單頭銷售均價為16.60元/公斤，同比下降16.10元／公斤，單頭收入下降1653元，銷量的上升疊加銷售價格的下降影響利潤88.73億元。公司產業單一，利潤貢獻主要為生豬養殖業務，相比多元化公司受豬週期影響更大。
2、2019年-2020年因疫情影響，國內母豬總量急劇下降，為保證供應及獲取利潤，公司通過外購高價母豬進行快速擴張。報吿期內，得益於公司自產母豬的快速上量，結合國內生豬價格持續下降，公司進行戰略轉型，由快速發展轉變為高質量發展，不僅處置了前期高價外購的低效母豬，同時，為提升母豬效能、優化資源、降低成本、保證資金安全，對種羣進行進一步優化，合計死淘能繁母豬及後備母豬約220萬頭，虧損62-68億元。報吿期末公司存欄能繁母豬38萬頭，後備母豬22萬頭，GGP+GP合計10萬頭。
3、2019-2020年整體行業均處於快速擴張狀態，公司通過自建、改造及租賃等方式大幅快速增加生豬產能，但受到報吿期內國內市場生豬價格持續下降及疫情的影響，公司整體產能利用率較低，造成空置欄舍折舊等損失，同時對低效及不經濟的租賃場進行清退，由此造成租賃場預付租金、清退補償、物料等損失，以上合計約15億元。
4、報吿期內，公司按照企業會計準則的有關規定和要求計提存貨跌價準備。存貨按照成本與可變現淨值孰低計量，可變現淨值為各個區域根據預計售價減去存欄豬隻至上市日預計將要發生的成本及相關費用，當其可變現淨值低於成本時，提取存貨跌價準備。因豬週期影響，2021年生豬價格持續低迷，可變現淨值低於成本，公司合計計提約12億元。
5、報吿期內，公司攤銷股權費用合計約2.8億元，具體如下：公司2018年預留股票期權與限制性股票激勵計劃在報吿期內解鎖270.5萬股，攤銷費用約0.3億元；2019年首次限制性股票激勵計劃在報吿期內解鎖2,300.40萬股，攤銷費用約0.56億元；2019年預留限制性股票激勵計劃在報吿期內解鎖153.50萬股，攤銷費用約0.10億元；2021年股票期權與限制性股票激勵計劃因公司考核業績無法達標而終止，根據會計準則：在等待期內如果取消了授予的權益工具，企業應當對取消所授予的權益性工具作為加速行權處理，將剩餘等待期內應確認的金額立即計入當期損益，攤銷費用約1.86億元。
6、報吿期內，因長江以北疫情較為嚴重，導致整體養殖成績較差，豬隻死亡較為嚴重，後續基於管理半徑過大及公司整體佈局的考量，北方市場規模將進一步縮減。
