皮阿諾(002853.SZ)2021年度預虧7.1億-9.55億元
格隆匯1月29日丨皮阿諾(002853.SZ)公佈，預計2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損7.1億元-9.55億元，上年同期為盈利19693.88萬元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損7.19億元-9.64億元，上年同期為盈利18753.08萬元。業績變動原因如下：
説明1、2021年，經財務部門初步測算，營業收入與2020年度對比，預計增加29872.45萬元至44808.68萬元，比上年同期增長20%至30%。公司營收增長主要體現在：在零售業務上，持續推進品牌中高端建設，通過大全案營銷提升客單值和單店收入；進行全渠道拓展，包括新開門店、拓展新零售、地產拎包、家裝等渠道。在工程業務上，更多聚焦優質核心地產商，與保利、中海、華潤、遠洋、龍湖等達成深度戰略合作，積極推廣拓展除櫥櫃外的衣櫃、收納類等產品，提升了房企銷售份額；同時，公司加大工程經銷商銷售佔比。若不考慮計提減值準備的影響，預計2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東淨利潤比上年同期將增加4923.47萬元至5862.30萬元，預計同比增長25%至35%。
2、公司業績變動的主要原因系受對主要客户相關款項計提減值準備所影響。2021年以來，因主要客户及其成員出現資金週轉困難，公司持有其商業承兑匯票逐步出現了大量逾期未兑付情形，自從2021年9月以來，未對前期欠款進行任何支付，部分項目合同無法正常履行。截止2021年12月31日，公司持有該客户及其成員企業開出的應收票據合計91649.62萬元，其中逾期未兑付票據56880.05萬元，未到期票據34769.57萬元；應收賬款7645.13萬元；其他應收款、發出商品及庫存商品等合計22891.85萬元，上述相關款項合計122186.6萬元。自2021年6月份以來，公司積極與該客户及其成員溝通解決方案，雖就其中35461萬元逾期的商票初步達成購買房產抵償解決方案，但無法落地執行，至業績預吿披露日，未簽訂正式購房合同，無法辦理網籤。後續公司不排除採取司法手段維護公司合法權益，但司法程序耗時較長，且按照目前該客户的情況，預計未來通過司法程序可獲取現金或其他資產抵償的可能性低。
公司管理層與年報審計會計師事務所溝通後，對截至2021年12月31日主要客户及其成員企業相關款項的可回收性進行了分析評估，認為減值跡象明顯，相應計提了壞賬準備，這對公司2021年歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤產生重大影響。
