格隆匯1月28日丨華升股份(600156.SH)公佈2021年度業績預虧公吿,公司預計2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損為6350萬元-7600萬元;扣除非經常性損益事項後,公司歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損為1.01億元-1.19億元。
本期業績預虧的主要原因系:
2021年,公司歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤預計虧損的主要原因有:一是受新冠疫情和外部經濟環境等因素影響,公司紡織外貿主業市場疲軟,主要產品受市場影響價格低迷,而原材料價格及人工成本持續上漲;二是公司產業結構調整仍在進行,部分生產工序開台不足,未達到相應的規模效應;三是公司存貨等資產存量較大,存放年限長,計提減值準備2445萬元;四是公司控股子公司雪松公司為優化人員結構,妥善分流安置職工計提改革成本費用2400萬元。
