紫晶存儲(688086.SH)：2021年度淨利預減90.60%-93.74%
格隆匯1月28日丨紫晶存儲(688086.SH)公佈2021年年度業績預吿，公司預計2021年年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為650.00萬元到975.00萬元，與上年同期相比，將減少9727.64萬元到9402.64萬元，同比減少93.74%到90.60%。
公司預計2021年年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為-300.00萬元到25.00萬元，與上年同期相比，將減少1.01億元到0.98億元，同比減少103.05%到99.75%。
業績變化的主要原因 ：
1、公司地方政務數據災備中心業務2020年以公司參股公司投資建設為主，公司向參股公司銷售設備及解決方案形成銷售收入，上述收入佔公司2020年收入比重較大。2021年，公司地方政務數據災備中心業務以公司控股子公司投資建設，建設完成後分期收取數據存儲服務費的模式為主，2021年受新冠疫情的影響，該類項目建設有所滯後，主要項目處於建設期間或暫未形成服務費收入。因公司上述業務商業模式有所變化，疊加新模式業務處於建設期間暫未形成服務收入，導致公司收入有所下滑。
2、公司2021年拓展的信創業務處於前期階段，需要進行大量市場拓展，毛利率相對較低，導致公司整體毛利率有所下滑，另外部分信創項目還處於交付階段，使得信創業務在報吿期對公司毛利貢獻有限。
3、公司對子公司、項目公司加大投入，增加銷售業務人員，擴大銷售辦公場地，參加行業展會，大力開拓市場等導致職工薪酬、場地租賃費用及業務推廣費用等大幅增加，致使公司銷售費用、管理費用有所增長。
4、基於謹慎性考慮，公司對深圳市宇維視通科技有限公司截至2021年12月31日的應收款項按100%計提壞賬準備，對2021年年度利潤影響金額約為2,708.69萬元。公司正在積極強化相關催款措施，後續公司將根據宇維視通的回款情況、承兑匯票的兑現情況和訴訟的執行情況及時調整壞賬準備金額。
