格隆匯1月28日丨紫金銀行(601860.SH)披露2021年度業績快報。面對複雜多變的經濟金融形勢，2021年公司緊扣“強黨建、抓融合，守定位、調結構，夯基礎、控風險，重創新、築文化”工作主線，全面深化戰略轉型，重點聚焦支農支小支實工作領域，高質量服務地方實體經濟發展，為轉型發展奠定了良好基礎。
一是經營效益穩步提升。報吿期內，營業收入45.02億元，同比增加0.25億元，增幅0.56%。歸屬於上市公司股東淨利潤15.16億元，同比增加0.75億元，增幅5.20%。基本每股收益0.41元，同比增幅5.13%。所有者權益159.98億元，較年初增加11.83億元，增幅7.99%。每股淨資產4.37元，較年初增加0.32元，增幅7.9%。
二是業務結構持續優化。報吿期內，公司繼續按照“堅守主業、迴歸本源”以及“支農支小支實”的要求，主動調整業務結構，壓降金融市場業務規模，加大涉農及小微信貸投放，支持實體經濟發展。
報吿期末，總資產2067.55億元，其中貸款1400.59億元，較年初增加193.69億元，增幅16.05%；同業資產較年初壓降295.38億元，降幅34.88%。總負債1907.57億元，其中存款1562.29億元，較年初增加80.54億元，增幅5.44%；同業負債較年初壓降212.13億元，降幅46.76%。
報吿期末，全部貸款佔總資產比重67.74%，較年初增加12.29個百分點；大額貸款佔全部貸款比重28.33%，較年初下降4.67個百分點；涉農及小微貸款777.5億元，較年初增加144.2億元，增幅22.8%，佔全部貸款比重55.5%，較年初提升3.09個百分點；普惠型小微貸款249億元，較年初增加83.2億元，增幅50.2%，高於全行貸款平均增速34.2個百分點。
三是風險管控不斷增強。報吿期末，撥備覆蓋率232%，較年初提升11.85個百分點；不良貸款率1.45%，較年初下降0.23個百分點；資金營運槓桿倍數1.78倍，較年初下降0.37。
四是基礎客户有效夯實。報吿期末，信貸客户數111.1萬户，較年初增加78.6萬户，增幅241.8%；其中，零售客户數110.9萬户，較年初增加78.4萬户，增幅241.2%。
