津上機牀中國(01651.HK)公佈,控股股東「日本津上」截至去年底9個月在中國收入約618.5億日圓,按年增長84.4%,分部溢利爲 131.5億日圓,按年增長1.41倍。
於去年8月17日,與集團第四生產工廠(位於浙江省平湖經濟技術開發區平成路)相鄰的一間第三方工廠發生火災,該事件對集團的一棟廠房的一層造成影響,部分原材料受損。集團公佈,該事件應佔虧損1.11億元人民幣,虧損的保險範圍約1.105億元人民幣,事件並未對集團整體營運及財務業績產生重大影響。
