京城機電(00187.HK)擬向中證監申請恢復股份發行審查
京城機電(00187.HK)表示,由於股份發行及支付現金購買資產及募集配套資金聘請的會計師事務所被中國證監會立案調查,公司於1月26日收到中證監通知,決定中止對公司是次發行股份及支付現金購買資產及募集配套資金的審查。
公司表示,與相關中介機構被立案調查事項無關,是次發行股份及支付現金購買資產及募集配套資金與上述中介機構被立案調查事項無關,將與相關中介機構將嚴格按照法律法規及中證監的要求,完成恢復審查所需的各項準備工作,並儘快提交恢復審查的申請。
