京東內部信:投入逾4億人幣補貼春節一線員工
內媒報道,京東(09618.HK)發佈內部信,宣佈將投入超過4億元人民幣(下同),對春節堅守的一線員工加大福利補貼。
內部信指,隨着鄉村振興京東「奔富計劃」的加速推進,2020年10月,京東提出三年內將帶動農村實現萬億產值,截至2021年底已實現3,200億元,有望提前實現目標。
京東表示,未來將繼續堅定地沿着新型實體企業的路徑發展,要持續加大對技術的投入,充分利用互聯網、大數據、雲計算、人工智能、區塊鏈等數字技術的倍增作用,將創新作爲引領發展的第一動力,持之以恆地完善供應鏈效率。
