珠海港(000507.SZ)：2021年度淨利潤預增44.54%-82.57%
格隆匯1月27日丨珠海港(000507.SZ)公佈2021年年度業績預吿，公司預計實現2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為3.8億元-4.8億元，比上年同期增長44.54%-82.57%；預計實現2021年度扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤為3.97億元-4.97億元，比上年同期增長51.40%-89.50%。
公司2021年度業績較上年同期發生較大變動的主要原因為：
(一)公司2020年下半年完成收購常熟興華港口有限公司及安徽天楊能源科技發展有限公司，致使公司港口及風電業務規模擴大，受益於管理效率提升、貨種結構優化及風資源狀況較好等因素，上述企業全年整體經營效益穩健提升；港航配套服務板塊相較2020年同期疫情影響，全年業務量平穩增長，利潤提升；2021年公司進一步拓展新能源主業發展空間，成功參股天倫燃氣控股有限公司及廣東粵電珠海海上風電有限公司，擴大公司燃氣產業規模，並切入海上風電領域，有效增厚公司投資收益。
(二)公司全資子公司珠海港航運有限公司持股60%的子公司廣州粵港澳國際航運有限公司(以下簡稱“粵港澳航運”)擁有的“新谷333”集裝箱船，2021年7月在航經廣州沙灣水道時碰撞廣州番禺北斗大橋非通航孔橋墩，造成南側過渡橋墩破損，橋樑業主方已向廣州海事法院提起訴訟，請求粵港澳航運賠償涉案事故導致的損失(暫計為人民幣5000萬元)以及相應利息。本次涉訴金額為5000萬元，為橋樑業主方單方預估的損失金額，橋樑相關損失和費用尚需經司法鑑定機構檢驗勘查後方能最終認定。
根據謹慎性原則，公司按照會計準則要求對該訴訟事項涉案金額全額計提預計負債，減少公司2021年度歸母淨利潤約3000萬元。由於本案尚未開庭審理，未產生具有法律效力的判決，且粵港澳航運已購買相關保險，本次事故導致的最終損失金額，及對公司損益產生的影響尚具有不確定性。
