格林美(002340.SZ)2021年度淨利潤預增110%-140%
格隆匯1月27日丨格林美(002340.SZ)公佈，預計2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤8.66億元-9.9億元，同比增長110%-140%；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤6.56億元-8億元，同比增長87.18%-128.18%。
2021年是公司打贏疫後重振並取得決定性勝利的一年，公司核心業務銷售與業績重回增長主賽道，實現開局漂亮、全年精彩。2020年，由於公司核心基地位於湖北新冠疫情的重災區，各項生產經營遭受重創影響。2021年，公司面臨把2020年的疫情損失“補回來”與把2021年的經營增長“跑出來”的雙重挑戰，公司以“拼、搶、創”的精神，全面聚焦三元前驅體、四氧化三鈷與動力電池回收為主體的新能源業務，堅定實施玩命技術創新、質量提升風暴與管理革命，全面推行業務價值整理與提升工程，打贏“業務升級、質量升級、效益升級”三大攻堅戰，主動切入雙碳戰略新頻道，讓公司成為全球ESG競爭力地位突出與效益良好的上市公司，成為踐行綠色低碳產業的傑出實踐者代表。
2021年，公司快速啟動了“荊門+泰興+福安”一主兩副的三元前驅體制造基地建設，在2021年底形成超過年產23萬噸三元前驅體總產能，保障公司三元前驅體市場增長的產能需要。
2021年，公司核心業務產能全面釋放，銷量大幅增長，推動公司銷售與業績大幅增長，為“十四五”實現業績高增長奠定堅實基礎。
2021年，公司以低碳產業為主導，先後啟動了格林美(無錫)新能源低碳產業園區和格林美(荊門)新能源材料循環經濟低碳產業園建設，與全球合作伙伴攜手全球產業鏈ESG合作，被胡潤研究院首次發佈的《2021胡潤中國民營企業可持續發展百強榜》列為第八名，併入選福布斯“2021中國最具創新力企業榜”TOP50榜單。

公司預計2021年度非經常性損益對歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤影響約在1.9億元至2.1億元之間，主要影響因素為公司減持參股公司株洲歐科億數控精密刀具股份有限公司的股票產生的投資收益以及收到政府補助。
