格隆匯1月27日丨*ST華資(600191.SH)公佈2021年年度業績預盈公吿,經財務部門初步測算,預計2021年年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤與上年同期相比,將實現扭虧為盈,實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1600萬元到2400萬元;預計2021年年度歸屬於上市公司股東扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤1185萬元到1985萬元。
本期業績預盈的主要原因系:
公司業績主要來源於對恆泰證券實現的投資收益。2021年公司預計實現淨利潤1600萬元到2400萬元,其中:公司持有的恆泰證券2021年預計實現歸屬於股東的淨利潤為37827萬元(未經審計),公司持有其3.08億股股權,佔其註冊資本的11.83%,按權益法核算後,公司預計實現投資收益4475萬元。另,公司2021年收到華夏銀行股份有限公司分配股利1953.49萬元。
