ST輔仁(600781.SH)2021年度預虧15億-18億元
格隆匯1月27日丨ST輔仁(600781.SH)公佈,公司預計2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤將虧損約15億元到18億元;公司預計2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤將虧損約4億元到7億元。
淨利潤預虧主要原因:
1、受新冠肺炎疫情及資金週轉緊張的影響,公司部分產品生產與銷售受到影響,利潤隨之減少。
2、需計提減值損失影響:根據《企業會計準則》相關規定,公司2021年佔用計提壞賬準備約1.55億元,擔保計提約2.9億元,應收賬款計提約4.03億元。
3、需計提逾期債務利息與違約金影響:由於公司資金週轉緊張、債務負擔較重,大部分債務違約。本期因債務逾期需計提利息與違約金約5.4億元。
