安徽提出鼓勵降低房產首付比例 以促進大宗商品消費

格隆匯1月27日丨安徽省發改委26日發佈《關於印發進一步做好近期促進消費工作若幹措施的通知》,明確鼓勵購房領域降低首付。通知顯示,以滿足外出務工春節返鄉人員消費需求爲重點,引導房產、汽車、家電銷售企業在春節消費旺季,通過分期免手續費、贈送抵扣券、降低首付比例、補貼置換等方式,擴大大宗商品消費。這是本輪樓市調控以來,全國首個明確鼓勵降低購房首付的省份。
