南大光電(300346.SZ)2021年度淨利潤預增50.55%-63.19%
格隆匯1月27日丨南大光電(300346.SZ)公佈，預計2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.31億元-1.42億元，同比增長50.55%-63.19%；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤6600萬元–7700萬元，同比增長3017.03%-3536.54%。業績變動原因如下：
1、2021年，半導體材料行業景氣度持續走高，下游市場需求旺盛，公司主要產品價格同比上漲。同時，公司充分發揮產業佈局優勢、技術優勢和品牌優勢，積極開拓市場，擴大產能，主要產品產銷兩旺。在2020年營業收入和歸母淨利潤分別增長85.13%、58.18%的基礎上，公司2021年主營收入和歸母淨利潤繼續保持快速增長，尤其是考慮到上年同期出售參股公司股權確認的投資收益等因素，2021年扣非歸母淨利潤增長強勁。
2、公司以市場為導向，持續加大產品研發和產業化力度。MO源實現了產品創新、產能擴大、毛利提高和在集成電路、第三代半導體領域新應用的良好增長。先進前驅體材料(包括高純ALD前驅體、28nm和14nm製程前驅體、硅前驅體等)抓住半導體材料國產替代加速良機，加快了研發和產業化，其中高純ALD前驅體實現銷售規模增長和產能提升的雙重目標，有效提升了公司業績。
3、公司氫類電子特氣品質持續提升，最新升級的超高純砷烷產品，純度達到7N，在下游客户的測試中已超過目前國際先進同行的技術水平，超高純磷烷產品進入國際一流製程的芯片企業。氫類電子特氣在技術、產能和銷售各方面已躍居世界前列，全面提升了全球競爭力，為公司業績帶來了積極的推動作用。
4、公司加快以三氟化氮為抓手的氟類氣體產能建設，當前三氟化氮產能已超過4000噸，成為國內行業第二(全球第三)的供應商，銷售和利潤快速增長。公司探索低成本、大規模、穩品質、多品種和綠色低碳增長的新路子實現良好開端，為下一階段打造世界單項冠軍產品、做強做大含氟電子材料奠定了堅實的技術、客户和管理基礎。
5、報吿期內，預計2021年度非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響金額約6500萬元，主要為公司研發項目的政府補貼收入。
