港股異動 | 港交所跌近2.5% 消息稱蔚來汽車擬轉赴新加坡上市
格隆匯1月27日丨香港交易所(0388.HK)盤中跌2.34%,報450.6港元,總市值5777億港元。消息面上,蔚來(NIO.US)正考慮最早於今年在新加坡二次上市,而在香港上市的計劃也面臨監管審查。早前消息稱蔚來汽車已選擇瑞士信貸和摩根士丹利安排其在香港的二次上市,這將涉及其高達5%的股本。在香港上市計劃懸而未決的情況下,蔚來汽車已開始考慮在新加坡上市。另外,瑞信昨日發研報指,預計港交所去年第四季收入將按年下滑6%至48億港元(下同),而税後淨利潤將按年下跌12%至26億元,低於市場預期23%。 年初至今港股成交延續去年第四季的低迷交易情緒,日均成交額為1,310億元。 瑞信將港交所的目標價從534港元下調至502港元,並將投資評級由“跑贏大市”下調至“中性”。
