英飛拓(002528.SZ)：2021年度預虧9億元-13.5億元
格隆匯1月27日丨英飛拓(002528.SZ)披露2021年度業績預吿，預計2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為虧損9.00億元-13.50億元，上年同期為盈利8,750.00萬元；預計2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤為虧損虧損9.48億元-14.20億元，上年同期為盈利5,891.11萬元。
報吿期內，公司緊抓“新基建”、“數字中國”、“百城百園”、深圳“雙區”建設等國家政策帶來的戰略性機遇，積極調整優化業務結構，提升技術創新能力和核心競爭力，探索智慧城市新的商業模式，強化在海量數據治理、數據運營、智慧園區、智能樓宇、智能家居、新零售、互聯網營銷等領域的核心競爭力，帶動智慧城市整體業務的長期發展。公司資金使用效益提高，應收款項金額大幅降低，經營現金流正向流入。
報吿期內，公司收入和利潤同比大幅下滑。(1)公司海外業務下滑系受全球地緣政治環境不穩定、新冠疫情反覆，以及公司戰略出售加拿大英飛拓(含March，自2021年12月起不再納入公司合併報表範圍)影響。(2)公司國內業務下滑主要系面向政府相關領域的系統集成業務受國家宏觀經濟、新冠疫情反覆及各地政府減少或推遲部分項目預算等因素影響；互聯網營銷業務受教育行業的“雙減”政策、遊戲行業嚴監管、地產行業調整等因素影響。
公司以往收購股權形成一定金額的商譽，截止到2021年12月31日，各子公司商譽餘額合計7.15億元。報吿期內，被收購子公司的經營狀況受行業市場環境變化的影響，業績大幅下滑，商譽減值跡象凸顯。根據企業會計準則，結合這些子公司的經營情況，公司對商譽資產進行了初步評估和測算，基於謹慎性原則，預計將會產生較大金額的商譽減值損失。最終商譽減值的金額將由公司聘請的專業評估機構及審計機構進行評估和審計後確定。該業績預吿第一部分的利潤數額包含了商譽資產減值的影響(負5.00億元-負7.15億元)。
預計報吿期內公司非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響金額為4800萬元-7000萬元，主要為出售加拿大英飛拓產生的投資收益和國內業務結構調整優化費用等。
