中原銀行(01216.HK)配售H股籌逾31億人民幣 發新股併購同業
中原銀行(01216.HK)公布,建議配售不少於31.05億股及不超過32.05億股新H股,最低發行價1元人民幣,集資總額31.05-32.05億人民幣,所得淨額將全部用於補充核心一級資本。
同時,建議吸收合併總部同樣設於河南省的洛陽銀行、平頂山銀行及焦作中旅銀行,總代價284.7億人民幣(約341.64億港元),將透過發行133.24億股代價股支付,發行價2.1366元人民幣,折合約2.5639港元,較上交易日(26日)收報溢價191.35%。
