永興材料(002756.SZ)：與寧德時代擬成立合資公司 共同投建碳酸鋰項目
格隆匯1月26日丨永興材料(002756.SZ)公佈，公司於2022年1月26日召開了第五屆董事會第十八次臨時會議，審議通過了《關於與寧德時代新能源科技股份有限公司簽署合資經營協議的議案》，同意公司與寧德時代新能源科技股份有限公司(“寧德時代”)簽署《合資經營協議》。
為有效整合雙方優勢，公司與寧德時代擬成立合資公司，共同投資建設碳酸鋰項目，並開展相關產品領域合作，充分發揮公司在雲母提鋰方面的技術、管理優勢及雲母提鋰行業龍頭地位優勢，提高國內鋰資源的保障能力。
公司與寧德時代將根據《合資經營協議》的約定成立合資公司，並以合資公司為主體投資建設碳酸鋰項目，項目總投資金額不超25億元，規劃建設年產5萬噸碳酸鋰產能項目；一期先行投資建設年產3萬噸碳酸鋰產能項目，投資總金額不超過15億元；一期項目達產後，啟動剩餘產能建設。此外，公司與寧德時代還將就公司碳酸鋰產品開展合作。
公司自2017年進軍鋰電新能源行業以來，憑藉正確的發展戰略，採用先進的雲母提鋰工藝及智能化的內部管理手段，實現了年產1萬噸碳酸鋰產能的快速投產達產，生產的產品性能優異，性價比高，贏得了下游龍頭企業客户的廣泛認可，已成為雲母提鋰行業龍頭企業，並開始進行年產2萬噸碳酸鋰產能的建設，不斷增強競爭優勢，提高公司在雲母提鋰行業市場佔有率。寧德時代是全球領先的鋰離子電池提供商，正在江西省宜春市投資建設新型鋰電池生產製造基地項目。公司與其成立合資公司投資建設碳酸鋰產能，可以充分利用雙方在鋰電行業上、下游龍頭企業各自優勢實現緊密聯動，協同發展，有效發揮公司的雲母提鋰技術、管理經驗優勢與寧德時代資源優勢，憑藉公司從採礦、選礦到碳酸鋰生產全產業鏈建設和運營的成功經驗，快速實現項目投產、達產，以合資公司為平台進一步提高公司碳酸鋰市場佔有率和永興品牌知名度，鞏固並提升公司雲母提鋰龍頭企業地位。
寧德時代是鋰電新能源行業龍頭企業，也是公司下游正極材料的直接客户，公司與其建立長期穩定的合作關係，將更直接地瞭解到下游客户對上游鋰鹽材料的需求變化及技術發展變革，促進公司不斷提高技術水平，確保在成本控制、產品質量、工藝創新等方面優勢地位，提升公司市場競爭力。
