商絡電子(300975.SZ)：2021年度淨利預增49.73%-65.10%
格隆匯1月26日丨商絡電子(300975.SZ)披露2021年度業績預吿，預計2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.24億元-2.47億元，同比增長49.73%-65.10%；預計2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤2.10億元-2.31億元，同比增長54.50%-69.95%。
報吿期內，公司業績比上年同期實現大幅度的增長，主要原因系：
(1)2021年上半年，隨着國內疫情形勢進一步好轉，而國外疫情不斷反覆，大量訂單迴流國內；國內消費電子、網絡通信、汽車電子、工業控制等各行業景氣度持續向好，相關電子元器件產品供不應求。下半年以來，消費電子等傳統行業景氣度略有回落，新能源汽車、光伏、服務器、VR/AR等新興行業景氣度持續高漲。
(2)就上游原廠，公司不斷拓展優質的原廠授權代理資質，截至目前，公司代理產品線已超90條，SKU約3萬個；同時，在國產替代不斷加速的背景下，公司已取得包括順絡電子、樂山無線電、兆易創新、長鑫存儲、東威科技、智融科技、兆芯等在內的一系列國內優質電子元器件生產商的代理權，與廣泛而優質的客户資源形成了良性互動，從而推動公司的收入及利潤水平大幅提升。就下游客户，公司已為逾3,000家客户提供分銷服務，龐大的客户基礎為公司提供長期潛在業務機會，推動公司業績持續提升。公司重點佈局的新能源汽車、光伏、服務器、VR/AR等細分市場，業務拓展初見成效。此外，公司持續擴張境外業務版圖，目前已在日本、新加坡、馬來西亞、中國香港、中國台灣省等多地設立分子公司或辦事處，並實現境外收入的顯著增長。
(3)公司持續加強數字化運營能力，顯著提升了公司運營管理效率及效果；同時，隨着公司收入規模的不斷增加，規模效應得以體現，在提升效率的基礎上有效降低了費用率。
(4)除分銷業務之外，公司通過投資參股及設立私募基金投資於半導體領域的優質企業，與公司業務形成資源協同、優勢互補，完善公司生態佈局，為公司未來開展併購提供潛在的項目資源。
報吿期內，預計非經常性損益對歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤影響金額為1300萬元-1700萬元(上年同期為1369萬元)，主要為政府補助。
