格隆匯1月26日丨安靠智電(300617.SZ)披露2021年度業績預吿,預計2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.90億元-2.15億元,同比增長43.53%-62.42%;預計2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤1.56億元-1.81億元,同比增長35.97%-57.76%。
報吿期內,公司按照年度經營計劃有序推進各項工作,大力拓展城市電力架空線遷改入地、電力工程勘察設計及服務、智慧模塊化變電站等業務,公司GIL系統服務收入快速增長。
報吿期內,公司非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響額預計為3400.00萬元左右。
報吿期內,公司股權激勵費用預計為3800.00萬元左右。
