格隆匯1月26日丨東望時代(600052.SH)公佈2021年年度業績預吿,公司預計2021年實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約-3377萬元。扣除非經常性損益後,歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約2255萬元。
業績預虧主要系所持有的浙商銀行股份有限公司股份公允價值變動所致,影響公司本期淨利潤金額約-6228萬元。
公司為廣廈控股集團有限公司(以下簡稱“廣廈控股”)及廣廈建設責任有限公司(“廣廈建設”)在中國工商銀行股份有限公司、東陽市金投控股集團有限公司、貴陽農村商業銀行股份有限公司及晉商銀行股份有限公司擔保的共計5.067億元的融資出現逾期。前述逾期債務出現涉訴的均已調解結案,其他尚未涉訴。因此公司在進行上述業績預測時,未對逾期擔保計提預計負債。
