會德豐啓德「MONACO MARINE」農曆新年後部署上載樓書 料成今年頭炮新盤
會德豐地產常務董事黃光耀表示,集團旗下啓德住宅項目「MONACO MARINE」已獲批售樓紙,預期待疫情穩定,在農曆新年後會部署上載樓書,有望成集團今年頭炮新盤。
另外,會德豐地產總經理(業務拓展)楊偉銘稱,集團旗下藍田住宅項目「KOKO HILLS」公佈銷售安排,將於本週六(29日)發售82夥,實用面積介乎366至770平方尺,折實售價由807.5萬至1,773.1萬元,折實尺價19,674至25,634元,折實平均尺價21,506元。另外有15夥同日起招標。
