盛良物流(08292.HK)與水發華夏集團簽訂合作項目諒解備忘錄
格隆匯1月25日丨盛良物流(08292.HK)公吿，於2022年1月25日，公司與水發華夏集團有限公司簽訂了一份不具法律約束力諒解備忘錄，內容有關成立一間合營企業合作項目，以開發多個項目。
訂約雙方確認，簽訂諒解備忘錄後即可進行成立合營企業籌備工作，直至正式註冊合營企業，並將根據諒解備忘錄條款及實際開發項目訂立正式合營企業協議。訂約雙方務求利用及圍繞各自核心能力，設立合營企業以開發多個項目。
根據公開資料，水發華夏為水發集團有限公司("水發集團")的一級權屬公司，主要從事清潔能源、環境保護和智慧社區等板塊的業務。截至2020年底，水發華夏資產總額約人民幣160億元，產業遍及山東、山西、河北、內蒙古、浙江、北京、黑龍江、遼寧、甘肅等中國省份。水發華夏依託國有企業優勢，聚焦主業，打造具有核心競爭力的產業集團，構建"源網荷儲"一體化的現代能源體系，擴大風電、光伏產業規模，並在增量配電網、綜合能源服務、新能源充電樁、5G通信鐵塔建設及租賃等業務領域積極佈局，加快電網基礎設施智慧化改造和智慧微電網建設，充分挖掘電源、儲能等各方調節能力，實現清潔能源產業的快速發展。
公司於2020年收購中毅資本有限公司("中毅")約33.3%股權。中毅為一間於香港註冊成立有限責任公司，併為持牌進行香港法例第571章《證券及期貨條例》項下第1類(證券交易)及第6類(就機構融資提供意見)受規管活動法團。
董事會認為，水發華夏於中國清潔能源及環保項目領域具有核心實力和雄厚經驗，訂約雙方根據諒解備忘錄進行合作能為本集團帶來可觀的投資及商業機遇，使本集團可受惠水發華夏將於中國積極引進及倡導的潔淨能源及環保項目。
該合作項目符合中國國務院所頒佈《關於完整準確全面貫徹新發展理念做好碳達峯碳中和工作的意見》內特別提出的當前中國政府政策。除中毅就合營企業方面提供財務顧問服務及為項目融資引進投資者產生費用及佣金外，本集團亦可能透過合營企業的高質項目投資機遇獲益。
