南都電源(300068.SZ)：預計2021年度淨虧損9.8億元-12.7億元
格隆匯1月25日丨南都電源(300068.SZ)公佈2021年度業績預吿，公司預計2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為虧損12.7億元–9.8億元，扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤為虧損11.73億元–8.83億元；營業收入110億元-130億元，扣除後營業收入109億元-129億元。
報吿期內，公司營業收入預計較上年同期增長為7.21%-26.71%，主要由於全球新能源行業發展帶來市場需求擴張，公司儲能、通信、民用動力板塊業務收入均有明顯增長。
報吿期內，受原材料大幅漲價、市場競爭加劇、疫情影響交付、產線調整等因素影響，公司綜合毛利率大幅下降，淨利潤大幅下滑，出現較大虧損，主要原因如下：
(一)經營業績下滑
1、報吿期內，鋰電產品原材料整體價格單邊出現大幅上漲、鉛電產品原材料輔材價格增長明顯，又因市場競爭激烈，公司產品成本增長不能有效傳遞，產品銷售價格的增長速度不及原材料上漲的速度；民用鉛酸業務受市場競爭影響，普通民用鉛酸電池產品價格大幅下降。因此，報吿期內公司綜合毛利率存在大幅下降，導致虧損金額約5億元左右。
2、報吿期內，受全球疫情影響，海外市場產品交付受到影響，同時海運價格大幅增長，海外市場銷售額遠低於預期。同時受“雙控”政策影響，公司產能利用率不達預期，產品製造成本有所提高，進一步降低產品毛利率，進而增加了公司的虧損。
3、報吿期內，因公司業務、產品及產線調整，公司將生產基地進行整合，將杭州生產基地鉛電產線搬遷至武漢生產基地，調整期間產能利用受到較大影響；公司全資子公司華鉑科技於四季度進行再生鉛冶煉爐檢修，停產時間較長，產能利用率亦受到較大影響，進而增加了公司的虧損。
4、報吿期內，公司加大了研發項目的投入，研發費用較上年同期增加約0.8億元左右。
(二)計提資產減值準備、資產處置損失
1、由於公司部分用户側儲能電站運行收益持續不達預期，公司對此進行了資產處置，資產處置損失金額約1.6億元左右；2、根據公司年度經營情況，公司預計將計提商譽、存貨等資產減值準備金額約1億元左右。
(三)報吿期內，非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響金額約為-0.97億元。
