格隆匯1月25日丨思瑞浦(688536.SH)公佈2021年年度業績預增公吿，預計2021年度實現歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤為4.26億元到4.56億元，同比增長131.92%到148.25%；預計2021年度歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為3.46億元到3.76億元，同比增長106.65%到124.57%。
本期業績變化的主要原因系：
(一)主營業務影響：2021年，國內半導體行業景氣度持續向好，下游應用需求旺盛。公司與供應鏈夥伴緊密配合，通過戰略合作、引入新的合格供應商等方式，持續加強產能保障力度，為業務持續增長提供了堅實基礎。2021年度，公司產品型號進一步豐富，通過大力推進市場拓展，在泛通訊、泛工業市場的多個細分應用領域均實現了較大突破。2021年度，公司信號鏈產品線技術積累進一步夯實，收入實現穩步增長；大電流低壓差線性穩壓電源等多項電源管理產品實現量產，電源管理產品線收入實現快速增長。
(二)股份支付影響：2021年度，公司因實施2020年限制性股票激勵計劃，並推出2021年限制性股票激勵計劃，本報吿期總計攤銷股份支付費用約14317.38萬元，與上年同期相比，約增加11773.31萬元，同比增長約462.77%。
(三)研發費用影響：2021年度，因持續引入研發技術人才導致研發人員薪酬大幅增加，同時因實施相關的股權激勵計劃等原因，公司預計發生研發費用總計約29946.67萬元，與上年同期相比，約增加17692.46萬元，同比增長約144.38%。其中，因對研發技術人員進行股權激勵，計入研發費用的股份支付預計為10504.10萬元，與上年同期相比，約增加8480.49萬元，同比增長約419.08%。
(四)非經常性損益影響：2021年度，公司非經常性損益金額較上年同期大幅增加，主要系公司利用暫時閒置的募集資金購買理財產品產生的收益所致。
