山西焦化(600740.SH)：2021年度淨利潤預增11.4%-17.05%
格隆匯1月25日丨山西焦化(600740.SH)公佈2021年年度業績預吿公吿，公司2021年年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤與上年同期相比，預計增加1.25億元-1.87億元，同比增加11.4%-17.05%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤與上年同期相比，預計增加1.32億元-1.94億元，同比增加12.1%-17.81%。
本期業績變動的主要原因系：(一)主營業務影響：2021年，在碳達峯、碳中和的大背景下，我國焦炭市場呈現大漲大跌的走勢。一季度受新增焦爐陸續投產供應上升、鋼材市場需求收縮等因素影響，焦炭價格震盪下跌；二、三季度，在疫情後全球經濟呈現復甦態勢，鋼材消費高漲，焦炭需求大增，焦炭價格快速上漲；四季度價格快速回落，下游鋼材市場消費下滑，焦炭需求持續收縮。在生產經營方面，公司以經濟效益為核心，緊抓煤焦鋼大宗物料供需偏緊、價格穩中走強的契機，深入推進杜邦安全管理和精益化管理，安全環保持續改進提升，裝置產能充分釋放，裝置效率不斷提高，定製化銷售推動營銷模式創新，契約化管理和財務管控不斷增強，生產經營保持了穩中向好的發展態勢。
(二)非經營性損益及會計處理的影響：非經常性損益影響2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約為-393萬元，上年同期非經常性損益金額為1035.05萬元，非經常性損益對公司業績影響較小；會計處理對公司業績預計沒有重大影響。
(三)其他影響。2021年度公司控股子公司山西焦煤集團飛虹化工股份有限公司(以下簡稱“飛虹化工”)承建的“60萬噸/年烯烴及焦爐煤氣制甲醇一體化項目”(以下簡稱“烯烴項目”)籌建週期較長，所處的宏觀政策和經濟環境發生較大變化，在我國確立碳達峯、碳中和目標的背景下，繼續推進煤制烯烴項目將會面臨較大的市場風險。據此，公司擬對烯烴項目實施暫停推進並啟動轉型承接項目的論證及推進工作。經對飛虹化工在建工程等相關資產進行減值測試，飛虹化工擬計提資產減值準備約8.5億元，按照公司對該子公司75.03%的持股比例測算，預計2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤將減少約63775.50萬元。
