凱龍高科(300912.SZ)：2021年度預虧0.85億元-1.17億元
格隆匯1月25日丨凱龍高科(300912.SZ)披露2021年度業績預吿，預計2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為虧損0.85億元-1.17億元，上年同期為盈利9953.65萬元；預計2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤為虧損1.10億元-1.50億元，上年同期為盈利6517.81萬元。業績變動原因系：
1、公司主導產品下游市場需求大幅度下滑。依據中國汽車工業協會發布的數據：2021年，我國商用車銷量479.3萬輛，同比下降6.6%；其中重型貨車銷量為139.5萬輛，同比下降13.8%。2021年10月至12月，我國商用車銷量分別為36.6萬輛、33.0萬輛和36.4萬輛，同比分別下降29.7%、30.3%和20.1%。
2、後處理系統上使用的進口芯片因供應不足，影響公司國六產品銷量。3、受2021年7、8月份南京新冠肺炎疫情影響，子公司凱龍寶頓7、8月份停產。由於凱龍寶頓生產的產品是替代進口的唯一公吿件，影響公司國六產品銷量。
4、7月1日是我國柴油重卡國六切換國五產品的時間節點，公司部分國六產品自動化產線的切換尚在調試階段。受人力、發動機台架、實驗資源不足以及後處理系統驗證週期長等因素的影響，產能未能在7月1日後得以釋放。目前公司國六產品驗證仍在有序推進中。
5、公司主要原材料不鏽鋼板、車規級芯片、貴金屬鉑、鈀、銠、碳化硅載體等價格今年大幅上漲。其中：不鏽鋼板上漲23%；車規級芯片上漲350%；碳化硅載體上漲12%；貴金屬鉑、鈀、銠分別上漲23%，8%，79%，導致產品成本上升。
6、報吿期內，公司車用國六、非道路國四項目研發費用集中投入，導致研發費用同比大幅增長，如：委外台架租賃費、委外標定費及第三方試驗費。
7、7月1日是我國柴油重卡國六切換國五產品的時間節點。公司國五產品存貨進行了初步減值測試，計提了相應減值準備。
