Tesla(TSLA.US)反訴摩通 指索賠1.6億美元屬貪婪
摩根大通(JPM.US)於去年11月控告Tesla(TSLA.US)違反與認股權證相關合同,索賠1.622億美元(約12.6億港元),《華爾街日報》報道,Tesla反訴摩通,指Tesla CEO馬斯克在2018年Twitter發表私有化言論後,摩通妄想藉該機會獲取不義之財。
報道稱,Tesla已在美國紐約曼哈頓地方法院提供訴狀,指2014年Tesla發行一批可轉換債券,摩通認購了債券及認股權證,Tesla指控摩通單方面修改認股權證的條款,並指摩通並不相信Tesla會私有化,並有意從中獲利,但並不成功,故向Tesla額外索取1.622億美元補償,Tesla指稱摩通的這種行爲純屬「貪婪」和「惡意欺詐」(bad faith and avarice)。
報道引述摩通迴應稱,Tesla說法毫無根據,Tesla應履行合同義務。
