永勤集團(08275.HK)料截至去年底止首三財季虧損增至1,600萬至1,900萬元
永勤集團控股(08275.HK)發盈警,預期截至2021年12月31日止九個月虧損將按年增加,達到約1,600萬至1,900萬元,對比2020年虧損爲279萬元。公司解釋,虧損增加主要由於工程進度延誤,導致建造項目(主要是位於紅磡的項目)產生成本超支,毛利減少;工程應收款項及應收保固金的減值撥備;及期內無香港政府設立的抗疫基金保就業計劃的補貼,令其他收入減少。
