港鐵(00066.HK)向匯達購入八達通股份 持股量增至64%
港鐵(00066.HK)宣佈,就收購匯達交通服務有限公司的附屬公司新巴及城巴所持有的278萬股八達通控股有限公司股份進行的交易,昨日(24日)已經順利完成。交易完成後,公司持有八達通的股權增至約64%,較交易前的57.4%,增加約6.6個百分點。
港鐵公司總裁金澤培博士表示,八達通一直是香港最廣泛使用的電子支付工具,對八達通公司的業務前景很有信心。公司會繼續探索與不同支付系統營運商的合作機會,預期八達通公司在收費系統的未來發展上將繼續扮演重要角色。
