首個河南省國企境外綠色債券！國泰君安國際(1788.HK)助力河南鐵建投集團發行4億美元綠債
【香港，2022年1月21日】國泰君安國際控股有限公司(”國泰君安國際“、”公司“或“集團”，股份代號：1788.HK)宣佈，公司積極協助河南省鐵路建設投資集團有限公司發行3年期4億美元綠色境外債券。此次發行為河南省國企首筆境外綠色債券，並創河南省境外債風險溢價歷史最低。此次募集資金將協助河南鐵建投推動交通運輸綠色低碳轉型，助力中國實現“雙碳”目標。國泰君安國際於此次擔任聯席綠色結構顧問、聯席國際評級顧問、聯席全球協調人、聯席賬簿管理人和聯席牽頭經辦人等重要角色，不僅增強中國企業在國際資本市場的聲譽，更幫助其切實、有效地管理融資成本。
