旗天科技(300061.SZ)：2021年度預虧3.4億元-4.9億元
格隆匯1月24日丨旗天科技(300061.SZ)披露2021年度業績預吿，預計2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為虧損3.40億元-4.90億元，上年同期為虧損7.58億元；預計2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤為虧損3.42億元-4.92億元，上年同期為虧損7.82億元。
報吿期內，公司銀行卡增值營銷業務營業收入和淨利潤較2020年下降。主要原因是銀行卡增值營銷業務受主要合作方合作模式調整的影響，公司對主要合作客户系統、場地、人員同步進行了升級、優化，三月初正式投入運營；又因監管機構進一步加強對銀行第三方合作機構銷售管理，公司應對行業變化，響應監管要求，進行產品和營銷策略調整。開發創新產品線，上線高端生活權益類產品，但短期內尚未實現規模效應，仍需投入一定的成本和資源。
報吿期內，公司航旅信息服務業務呈下降趨勢。主要原因是國內局部疫情反覆，延緩了航空需求復甦，航旅分發業務恢復緩慢。同時，監管機構發佈了關於徵信業務和數據安全的相關文件，進一步規範行業市場，客户採購環節和週期拉長，對公司客户拓展和銷售進度帶來一定影響。公司順應政策，進行業務調整和創新，拓展政務、保險、互聯網等行業客户，優化客户結構，但短期內難以出現成效。
鑑於上述因素對公司主營業務的影響預計將會持續，且報吿期內銀行卡增值營銷業務、航旅信息服務等業務的經營業績低於預期，公司根據《企業會計準則第8號—資產減值》、《會計監管風險提示第8號—商譽減值》的相關要求，對收購旗計智能及敬眾科技等公司時形成的商譽進行了初步減值測試。經對各項資產組初步測算，報吿期預計計提商譽減值準備金額約3.10億元-4.00億元，實際計提金額需依據評估機構評估及審計機構審計後確定。
預計報吿期非經常性損益對公司淨利潤的影響約為200萬元。
