莊皇集團公司(08501.HK)預計前三季度純利大幅下跌約49%
格隆匯1月24日丨莊皇集團公司(08501.HK)發佈公告,公司預計截至2021年12月31日止九個月的純利,較截至2020年12月31日止九個月大幅下跌約49.0%。
預期純利大幅下跌主要由於以下因素的綜合影響:(i)2019新型冠狀病毒病在全球的持續傳播對香港的經濟造成長期的不利影響,導致若幹項目業主及/或客戶遭受現金流緊張的困擾,致使延遲及/或放緩某些項目的進度;及(ii)集團於有關期間不再收取香港政府推出防疫抗疫基金項下保就業計劃的任何政府補貼(去年同期:約370萬港元)。
