中遠海控(601919.SH)：2021年度淨利預增約799.3%
格隆匯1月24日丨中遠海控(601919.SH)公佈2021年年度業績預增公吿，公司預計2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約人民幣892.8億元,與上年同期相比增加約人民幣793.5億元，同比增長約799.3%；扣除非經常性損益事項後，公司預計2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約人民幣891.4億元,與上年同期相比增加約人民幣795.5億元，同比增長約829.2%。
報吿期內，預計公司息税前利潤(EBIT)約人民幣1315.2億元，與上年同期相比增加約人民幣1134.8億元，增長約629.4%。
業績預增的主要原因：
2021年，在疫情反覆、需求增長、供給有限等多重因素的影響下，全球物流供應鏈持續受到港口擁堵、集裝箱短缺、內陸運輸遲滯等複雜局面的挑戰和衝擊，集裝箱運輸供求關係持續緊張。報吿期內，中國出口集裝箱運價綜合指數(CCFI)均值為2615.54點，同比增長165.69%。公司克服全球疫情等多重因素疊加影響，積極融入國內國際雙循環建設，充分發揮集裝箱物流供應鏈的支撐作用，始終秉持“以客户為中心”的服務理念，通過穩運力、保供箱、優服務等措施全力保障全球運輸服務。
經公司初步測算，報吿期內，預計公司集裝箱航運業務的貨運量(標準箱)約2691.2萬標準箱，與上年同期相比增加約56.75萬標準箱，增長約2.15%；預計公司息税前利潤(EBIT)約人民幣1315.2億元，與上年同期相比增加約人民幣1134.8億元，增長約629.4%；預計公司實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約人民幣892.8億元，與上年同期相比增加約人民幣793.5億元，增長約799.3%。
報吿期內，公司積極優化財務結構，截至2021年末，預計母公司資產負債表未分配利潤約人民幣277.8億元，為順利實施2021年度現金分紅奠定了基礎。與此同時，公司基於互利共贏的原則，堅持航運回歸服務本質，加大與戰略客户、直接客户簽訂長期服務協議力度，逐步提升直接客户比重，持續拓寬客户合作領域，為未來實現高質量發展再上新台階打下了良好的基礎。
