格隆匯1月24日丨神工股份(688233.SH)公佈2021年年度業績預吿，公司預計2021年年度實現歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤為2.1億元到2.3億元。與上年同期(法定披露數據)相比，將增加1.097億元到1.297億元，同比增長109.42%到129.37%。
預計2021年年度實現歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為2.057億元到2.257億元；與上年同期(法定披露數據)相比，將增加1.16億元到1.36億元，同比增長129.46%到151.77%。
業績變化的主要原因：
(一)全球集成電路產業蓬勃發展，景氣度持續提升，根據SEMI統計，2021年集成電路製造廠設備支出增長39%左右。根據最新披露刻蝕機領域設備廠商數據顯示，TEL上半財年半導體制造設備銷售相比去年同期增長42.5%，LAM2021年前三季度芯片製造系統銷售相比去年同期增長45.5%。受此影響，公司刻蝕機用大直徑單晶硅材料訂單需求大幅增加，營業收入較上年同期實現較大幅度增長。
公司預計2021年全年實現營業收入4.46億元至5.02億元。與上年同期1.92億元相比，將增加2.539億元至3.099億元，同比增長132.17%至161.33%。
(二)公司根據市場需求優化產品結構，利潤率較高的16英寸及以上大直徑單晶硅材料銷售收入進一步提升，對淨利潤增長有較大貢獻。
(三)在產品成本、良品率、參數一致性等關鍵指標上，公司繼續提升其全球競爭優勢。在此基礎上公司及時地增加了大直徑單晶硅材料的產能規模，提高了對客户的穩定供貨能力。
(四)公司預計2021年全年研發費用為3200.00萬元至3800.00萬元。與上年同期1790.11萬元相比，增加1409.89萬元至2009.89萬元,同比增長78.76%至112.28%。為推進公司半導體級8英寸輕摻低缺陷拋光硅片業務發展，研發費用較上年同期有較大增幅，有利於實現公司的長期戰略規劃。
