發改委:督促流通企業依法依規保障勞動者權益
國家發改委日前印發《「十四五」現代流通體系建設規劃》提到,要順應流通領域發展趨勢,引導社會機構與企業加強合作,強化在職教育和技能培訓,持續提升流通從業人員就業能力。加大對具有全球視野、熟悉國際規則的高層次流通人才培育和引進,督促流通企業依法依規保障勞動者權益。
同時,要加快流通專業人才培養,堅持產學研用相結合導向,鼓勵科研院所、高等院校、職業學校加強流通相關學科建設,建立與企業聯合的流通人才培養機制,培養跨學科、復合型流通專業人才。(ta/k) ~
