亞洲資產(08025.HK)接獲復牌指引 續停牌
亞洲資產(08025.HK)公佈,於1月18日接獲聯交所的復牌指引,要求公司證明符合GEM上市規則第17.26條,以及公佈所有重大資料,以供股東及投資者評估公司狀況。
亞洲資產的停牌12個月期限將於2022年12月23日屆滿,若公司未能於期限前糾正導致其停牌的問題、符合復牌指引及全面遵守GEM上市規則,令聯交所信納並恢復股份買賣,上市科將建議GEM上市委員會着手取消公司的上市地位。
按公司請求,股份已自2021年12月24日起暫停買賣,將繼續暫停買賣。
